Raycy Edwin grew up in a small farming town in Minnesota, where stories and imagination were always close at hand. She writes picture books and young adult fantasy and mystery for readers who want to chase a clue, face a little darkness, and find the courage to keep going.

Raycy has dyslexia and describes writing as a major undertaking she chose to persist through. That determination is part of every book she creates.

When she is not writing, she shares life with her family and two dogs.
